My room featured a rainfall shower. two separate sinks, and I loved it!!! The complimentary glass bottles of water were available daily, it was so kind. Daily pillow mist next to my bed, it seemed like a dream. The location was central, so close to the city.
I noticed a small lip on the floor leading into the bathroom. One needs to watch their step there.

The noise from the cleaning staff was excessive early each morning. I was disturbed multiple times, even after indicating I needed to sleep. I found it inconvenient that there wasn't a do-not-disturb sign available for the door. The lack of this small item made it difficult to prevent unwanted interruptions.

Solid stay in a convenient location

The location was central. It allowed easy access to many attractions. I found the breakfast to be a highlight with a lot of choices. The gym was well-equipped, so I maintained my workout routine. I was pleased with how clean both the bathroom and bedroom were.
The air conditioning was not optimal, made the room a bit stuffy at times.

The location was acceptable for accessing the city center.
The air conditioning in the entire hotel was inadequate. I had to change rooms several times, across multiple floors, without finding any improvement (this was disappointing). A refrigerator was not provided in the room. One could only use the minibar by paying a daily fee.

the breakfast was awesome the fresh juice and bread were very nice also the room was super clean and cozy i appreciate a good breakfast to start my day. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. i found the quick check-in and check-out process to be very convenient.
i noticed the furniture in the room seemed a little old it didn't quite match the five-star expectation.
